How resistant are DEX® Floor products?
We offer 3 models to cover different resistance and use needs.
- DEX® Buffalo resists up to 150 ton/m2 compression (view specs sheet)
- DEX® Rhino resists up to 485 ton/m2 compression (view specs sheet)
- DEX® Elephant resists up to 1020 ton/m2 compression thanks to its plate attached to the base of the floor (view specs sheet)
What are the recommended uses for our floors?
Our modular floors are ideal for protecting the ground from heavy machinery traffic, product and material storage, vehicle access and parking, extreme climates, and pedestrian traffic.
Our patented design is focused on industrial use, especially for Industries such as mining, construction, forestry, and logistics.
They are a great alternative to concrete pavements, especially in temporary projects, allowing for quick installation without the need to paralyze operations, eliminating debris and CAPEX costs.
Additionally, they are a sustainable alternative and help reduce the Carbon Footprint of large projects under Scope 3.
How can I acquire DEX® Floor products?
We offer both purchase and lease options for acquiring our floors, tailoring them to your commercial needs. The long lifespan and durability of our floors means they can be reused in various projects and recycled to make new pieces.
What are DEX® Floor products made from?
Our products are manufactured with 100% recycled HDPE waste from large industries.
How do you install DEX® Floor products?
Our patented modular design allows for quick and easy installation.
- Site preparation: Compacted to 95% Proctor and a general slope of less than 2°.
- Pallet distribution: Unload and distribute the shipped pallets across the installation area, with approximately 5 meters of space between them.
- Layout the area: Draw a 90° mark in the upper left corner of your site and position the first floor tile.
- Installation: Continue with the rest of the tiles across the entire horizontal upper perimeter. Once this position is secured, continue with the following rows below.
- Tile locking: Once all the floor tiles are correctly positioned, install and secure all the joining locks with the DEX® tool provided with your order.
- Finishing Details: After securing all the floor tiles, install the ramps and corner guards around the perimeter of the entire area.
After installation, you can replace individual tiles without having to remove them all.
The removal mechanism is the reverse of the installation process.
You can install up to 1,000 m2 of DEX® flooring per day with a crew of six people.

Where are DEX® Floor products manufactured?
Our production is located in two strategic areas of Chile: the Metropolitan Region (Santiago) and Antofagasta (North of Chile). This way, we ensure timely supply to the country's major industries and reduce the carbon footprint of flooring shipments.
What ground conditions do I need to install DEX® Floor products?
Para asegurar el óptimo rendimiento y resistencia de nuestros pisos, el terreno debe estar compactado en un 95% de Proctor y una pendiente general menor a 2°.
How long do DEX® Floor products last?
Depending on the type of use and ground conditions, our products can last between 5 and 10 years in an optimal way. Once their useful life is over, they can be crushed and recycled to manufacture new parts, maintaining the material's circularity and quality.
Can I use my own waste to manufacture DEX® Floor products?
If your company has HDPE waste, we can manage its recycling to manufacture flooring that you can use in your facilities or operations.
Additionally, thanks to our Development and Innovation department, we can find a use for your waste in other types of products as well.
Can I acquire DEX® Floor products from outside of Chile?
Yes, our Sales Department can help you with the acquisition and export of our products to other countries on all continents.
